To submit a ticket:
- Click on « New ticket » make sure you are logged in. If not create an account
- Select the category and subcategory that best describes your issue.
- Provide a detailed description of your issue, including any error messages you may be receiving.
- Attach any relevant screenshots or files.
- Click on the « Submit Ticket » button.
