To submit a ticket:

  1. Click on « New ticket » make sure you are logged in. If not create an account
  2. Select the category and subcategory that best describes your issue.
  3. Provide a detailed description of your issue, including any error messages you may be receiving.
  4. Attach any relevant screenshots or files.
  5. Click on the « Submit Ticket » button.
